Our original “Smart O2O Experience Hub” was installed in front of restrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors inside Mochit Bus Terminal in Bangkok, Thailand.
By scanning a QR code with a smartphone and answering a set of survey questions via the official LINE account of Bophie’s brand “Koji White,” users can receive product samples from a smart vendor (smart vending machine).
This solution enables a new sampling experience using smart vendors and allows engagement with target audiences.
In addition to product sampling, it enables companies to collect survey data and establish direct touchpoints with target audiences simultaneously through LINE connections, supporting ongoing customer engagement.
